Orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped, we will send you an email confirmation with tracking information.
If you would like to order from another country, contact us and we can arrange something for you. Shipping costs and time frame will vary.
Please note: we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. All shipments are insured up to $50. Please contact us if your shipment has arrived damaged. Kechkousha will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by any third party services used.

DELIVERY & TRACKING
KECHKOUSHA processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most items purchased will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of the order, it can take up to a maximum of 7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery of your order.
Please Note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. KECHKOUSHA will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by any third party services used.
CUSTOMS
KECHKOUSHA is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
