Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a refund within 30 days!

Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund, and you (the customer) are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not able to issue refunds for:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund within the window of time you were told you'd receive it:
- Check your bank account again.
- If you don't see the balance there, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If the allotted time has passed, you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@kechkousha.com.
Sale items
If your item is eligible for return and refund, you will be refunded the amount that you originally paid for the item. If you bought the item on sale, you will be refunded the amount of the sale price at which you purchased it, regardless of the item's current retail price.
Exchanges
As each item is handcrafted and unique, we are not able to offer exchanges. You are welcome to return unused, undamaged items within 30 days for a refund, and to purchase another item of your choice.
Shipping
Contact us at hello@kechkousha.com to request a return and we will provide you with the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We at Kechkousha will not be held liable for tracking or receiving returned items--this is the responsibility of you as the customer and the return shipping service you choose. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
